Bente has an extensive track record at executive level in global companies, media and politics, including many years as Head of Corporate Communication in the global renewable company Statkraft and as CEO Norway of the world leading communication agency Burson-Marsteller. She utilizes this comprehensive platform in strategic advisory and personal training for executives and people in the new generation of purpose driven leadership.

She also enjoys a longstanding and profiled media career as Editor in Chief, Head of News and Politics in Norway´s key media houses; NRK, Schibsted and Allergroup and as a moderator of conferences, roundtables and talk show host. On the list of interviews are a wide range of international celebrities, including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Al Gore and Bill Clinton.

Bente’s aim is always to explore and unleash new ideas that may be transformed into valuable solutions, by connecting the right people through her extensive network across continents. Coming from Norway, she lives and works in Oslo together with her family, adult kids and her American husband, with whom she shares a truly international mindset and spirit.
